Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Carlos T Events to be part of your special day. We are honored to bring your vision to life with excellence and care. Booking & Payment: A signed contract and payment are required to secure your event date. Dates cannot be held without payment. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Carlos T Events are non-refundable. If any service, booking, or event is canceled for any reason, Carlos T Events will issue no refunds under any circumstances. Rescheduling: In the event of a reschedule, payments may be applied toward a new date based on availability and at the discretion of Carlos T Events. Additional fees may apply. Cancellations: If the client chooses to cancel their event for any reason, all payments will be forfeited. Final Balance: The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in your contract. By booking with Carlos T Events, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
